Healthy Choice of the Week: CELERY!
We all know fruits and vegetables are good for us, but you
may not know that certain natural foods are actually healthy for your teeth as
well!
Celery, like other vegetables, is good for your teeth
because chewing them causes an abundance of saliva, which helps to naturally
clean your teeth. Celery is a particularly good choice, because it contains
high levels of cellulose, which make your teeth look and feel clean.
